Welcome to Green Monkey Consulting. By purchasing any services from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all transactions and interactions with our agency.
1. Services and Appointments
Upon purchasing any of our services, Green Monkey Consulting agrees to provide the services outlined in the chosen package, including but not limited to SEO, Local SEO, social media management, and paid advertising. The scope of services provided will be determined based on the selected package (Core, Plus, or Elite) and any customizations made by the client.
2. Customization of Services
For customizable packages, such as Organic Social Media Management, clients can select individual services according to their business needs. The final price will be determined based on the services chosen at the time of checkout and will determine your monthly subscription.
3. Subscription Plans
You may select from various subscription options when purchasing services:
- Month-to-Month Subscription: Automatically renews every month unless canceled.
- 3-Month Subscription: A commitment for a minimum of 3 months, with the option to continue on a month-to-month basis afterward.
- 6-Month Subscription: A commitment for a minimum of 6 months, with the option to continue on a month-to-month basis afterward.
All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled as described in Section 5 (Cancellation).
4. Payments
By purchasing through the website, you agree to provide valid credit card information or another approved payment method. Green Monkey Consulting will charge your card for the agreed-upon amount based on your selected package or subscription plan.
Payment Terms:
- Payment is required upfront before services begin.
- Recurring charges will occur on a monthly basis for ongoing subscriptions, based on the start date of services.
- Any declined payment will result in a late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance, and services may be suspended until the account is brought current.
5. Cancellation and Termination
- Month-to-Month Plans: You may cancel your plan at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. If you cancel after a payment has been processed (e.g., canceling on the 5th when your billing date is the 15th), your service will remain active until the end of that current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred after that period ends.
- 3-Month and 6-Month Plans: These plans require a full commitment for the selected term. You may cancel at any time before the start of the next billing cycle following the completion of your term. If you cancel during an active term, your service will continue through the remainder of the pre-paid term, and no further charges will be incurred after that.
6. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for services rendered or during the notice period for cancellation. If you cancel in the middle of a subscription term (for example, in month 2 of a 3-month plan), no prorated refunds will be issued.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of services, including access to accounts (such as Google Business Profile, social media, or analytics accounts). Green Monkey Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide such information.
8. Confidentiality and Ownership
Green Monkey Consulting agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information provided by the client. All work product, including SEO strategies, content, or deliverables created during the term of the contract, is owned by the client once payment is made in full.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Green Monkey Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes from its services, such as top rankings or immediate increases in traffic, as these results depend on various external factors. The services provided are on an “as-is” basis, and Green Monkey Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Amendments
Green Monkey Consulting reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
